While our protocol is dedicated to training machine learning models, please note that we do not permit the use of third-party coding assistants during interviews. Although we don't restrict the use of these tools at Gensyn, our interviews are designed to purely assess human intelligence: your ability to think independently, problem-solve, and write code efficiently. We believe in leveraging tools to enhance productivity, but it's crucial that they augment critical thinking and human ingenuity - qualities we highly value in our team members.
